CRM Adaptor is a POS-side app that connects your checkout software to Senbi loyalty. It reads the receipt total from the screen and accrues customer bonuses automatically — no manual entry or extra tab switching.
The cashier completes the sale as usual. CRM Adaptor watches the on-screen total, picks up the receipt amount, and sends it to Senbi for bonus accrual.
Customers earn points right after purchase, and you don’t lose loyalty members because of manual mistakes at the register.
Download CrmAdaptor.exe using the button above and install it on the computer connected to your POS. Contact support or your account manager to configure the Senbi connection.
