Senbi Bonus collects visits and tickets into one base and splits guests by RFM: how recently they came, how often, and how much they spent. You see champions, people cooling off, and people you can still win back — no weekend spreadsheet.
What RFM counts
Days since the last visit. Yesterday and 60 days ago are different lists.
Visits in the period. Stamps and repeats feed this number, not “I feel they are ours.”
Ticket sum and LTV. A one-off whale and a weekly small ticket need different win-back.
Recent, frequent, good ticket. Hold them with a level and a pointed push — not a blanket discount.
They come on a rhythm. A stamp and a threshold beat hunting a new lead.
They used to be regulars; recency is slipping. A segment push, not a blast to all.
Long gone. Win-back is cheaper than ads if the pass is in Wallet and history lives in the program.
One or two visits. The job is the second and third ticket: stamp, threshold, a gift certificate.
High M, weak F. Not a coffee stamp — a level and points toward next season.
Win-back
The program knows who has not come in 30, 45, 60 days. Then — not “text everyone on WhatsApp”, but a segment: a Wallet push, points about to expire, a stamp almost complete. The owner sees which segment answered.
Guests cooling off after color. A push in week four costs less than a new Instagram lead.
Lunch champions and people who vanished after January. Stamp plus “3 to a free one.”
A seasonal whale and a weekly small ticket. Different rules, one base.
