CRM Adaptor at the till: points and stamps without a second program
How to accrue loyalty when the POS is already there: Adaptor reads the total from the screen, Senbi applies the rules, the cashier does not type the receipt by hand.
If you already have a till, you do not swap it for a loyalty program. CRM Adaptor reads the total from the POS screen and sends the amount to Senbi. The system applies a discount, points, or a stamp. The cashier works as usual — no “points tab,” no calculator reprint of the total.
- 01Receipt in POS
The cashier rings it up as always — your till, not a “loyalty POS.”
- 02Phone / QR
The customer is found in Senbi. No profile — created in seconds.
- 03Adaptor
The on-screen total goes into the rules: discount, points, stamp.
- 04CRM
Balance updated. The cashier does not keep a “who we accrued” notebook.
Why this, not manual entry
- Manual entry is skipped at rush hour — trust in the program falls faster than trust in price
- A second till program confuses the shift and drifts from the fiscal receipt
- Adaptor does not replace POS: it reads the total and runs loyalty only
- Every location writes to the same CRM — the balance does not live in each till’s notebook
Mechanic details live on the loyalty page. One thing matters here: the till must not become a second Excel. If Adaptor sees the total, the rule fires the same on Dostyk and on the site.
