How the program is built: identify → rules → CRM balance → POS
Four steps of the Senbi Bonus loyalty program: identify the customer, apply discount / accumulation / points / stamps, keep the card in CRM, and run the receipt through CRM Adaptor.
Senbi loyalty is not a standalone “points app” and not the cashier’s notebook. It is rules in one CRM: the customer is identified by phone, QR, or card; the system applies a discount, a threshold, points, or a stamp; the history stays on the customer card. The till runs the same rules through CRM Adaptor — without a second program on the screen.
- 01Identify the customer
Phone, QR, or a Senbi Bonus card. One profile across every location.
- 02Apply the rules
Discount, threshold, points, or a visit stamp — automatically, not “by eye.”
- 03Balance in CRM
Accruals, redemptions, and stamps on the card. You see who comes back and who bought once.
- 04POS via Adaptor
CRM Adaptor reads the total from the POS and runs Senbi rules — the cashier works as usual.
What happens on one receipt
The numbers on the diagram are a rollout guide, not a guarantee. What matters is this: no step lives only in the cashier’s head or between a notebook and Excel. If someone went quiet for two months, you see it on the card — not in the shift’s memory.
What the program does not do
- Does not replace the till or force a POS swap — Adaptor reads the total from the screen
- Does not force one mechanic on everyone: you pick discount, accumulation, points, and stamps
- Does not keep the balance in a separate app, cut off from CRM
- Does not accrue “for familiar faces”: no phone on the profile — no points
